MacD Many non-vegans consider vegans and vegetarians to lean on the side of spirituality. Would you consider yourself to be spiritual? If so, did it come about from this lifestyle, or were you always that way?
Ice_Pop I grew up Protestant, and through my own Bible reading I couldn’t help noticing a lot of verses about stewardship. Not just about money and the things I own, but also about what’s surrounding me naturally. Sometime in my 20s I started trying applying those a lot more to what I eat and buy at markets. I’m not always successful!
WJean I’m not sure what I believe spiritually, but I feel strongly that people should not waste. That includes not wasting food, water, or land. We do not think enough of consequences for even little decisions.
